The idea for 4th Floor Creative was born late in the evening on January 29th, 2015. The plan was simple (or so we thought); put together a group of good people, who are all individually creative, have a specific set of skills and want to kick ass together. Three months later, the plan came together.  As for the name, well that pays homage to the Richard Lindner Center on the campus of the University of Cincinnati.  A building which many of our team members have called home at one point or another during their careers.  The Lindner Center is an eight-story, modern facility that opened in 2006. Three of the eight floors are underground, meaning the 4th floor is the main floor.  Our founder, Tom Gelehrter, spent seven of his nine years at UC working on the ground floor and from that experience, the name was born.
