The Third Amigo

If you have been paying attention the past three months, and specifically the past three weeks, you should have noticed by now, there is a third member to our team. That third member is lighting guru, photographer extraordinaire, businessman and now 4th Floor Creative Partner, Brett Hansbauer.

I have known Brett for a long-time. So has Shane. I can’t recall the first time we met, but when I started at UC, Brett was the team photographer. Sooner or later when you are at the same events with the same people on a regular basis, you get to talking. When Brett and I got to talking we became friends. I am glad we got to talking.

In addition to being a talented photographer, Brett has always been self-employed and owns another business. When I was thinking about starting 4th Floor Creative I sought the advice of every business owner I could find, including Brett. The first time we sat down and really discussed the idea was at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were there for three hours. On a Monday night.

The more Brett and I talked about my budding idea the more convinced I was it would work and the more he was convinced he wanted to be involved. And that my friends, is how we have arrived at today. Brett has joined the team wearing a variety of hats and we are lucky to have him onboard.
